We are the seller for every order placed on yetanotherwallet.com. We sell to consumers and deliver within the European Union only. You must be 18 or over to order.
Products on the site are an invitation to order, not an offer. Your order is an offer to buy. We send an acknowledgement immediately, which is not acceptance. The contract exists when we email you a dispatch confirmation. If we cannot accept your order we refund you in full.
You can review and correct your order at every step of checkout before submitting it. We store the contract and send it to you with your order confirmation.
Prices are in euro and include VAT at the rate of the delivery country. Delivery cost is shown at checkout before you pay, and the total at checkout is final. There are no customs or import charges within the EU.
We accept payment cards and Apple Pay and Google Pay through Stripe, and PayPal. We charge when you order. We never see your full card number.
If a price is obviously wrong and you could reasonably have spotted it, we do not have to sell at that price. We will contact you and you can confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
Our shipping policy covers where we ship, what it costs and how long it takes, and forms part of these terms. Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed dates. Risk passes to you when you or someone you nominate takes physical possession of the goods.
Our 30-day guarantee. If a wallet is not right for you, send it back within 30 days of delivery and we refund it. Used is fine and you do not need the original packaging. We refund the price of the item and you pay return shipping. This is a promise we make voluntarily, on top of the statutory right below.
Your statutory right to withdraw, 14 days. You may also withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Tell us by a clear statement before the deadline, by email to hey@yetanotherwallet.com or using the form at the end of these terms, then send the goods back within 14 days of telling us. You pay the cost of returning the goods. We refund the price plus the standard delivery cost of your original order within 14 days of being told, and we may wait until we have the goods back or proof you sent them. You are liable for any loss in value caused by handling the goods beyond what is needed to check their nature, characteristics and function.
Inside the first 14 days the statutory right refunds more, because it includes your original delivery cost. Use whichever suits you.
Our guarantee. We guarantee the elastic on our wallets for one year from delivery. If the band loses tension and no longer holds your cards, send us your order number and a photo and we replace the wallet. Our refund policy sets out what this covers and what it does not. This guarantee is voluntary and additional, and it never reduces the statutory rights below.
Your legal guarantee, two years. Separately, we are liable for any non-conformity that exists at delivery and appears within two years of delivery. If it appears within the first year, it is presumed to have existed at delivery unless we prove otherwise. Tell us within two months of discovering it. You can ask for free repair or replacement, and if we do not provide that or cannot, you can ask for a price reduction or cancel the contract for a refund. We answer claims within 8 days and complete repairs or replacements within 30 days, extendable by 15 days in particularly justified cases with prior notice. We cannot limit or exclude this liability, and we do not try to.

We do not recognise any provider of out-of-court consumer dispute resolution as competent to settle disputes with our customers. This does not affect your right to go to court or to contact a consumer advice body in your country.
We are liable for foreseeable loss we cause by breaking this contract or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for unforeseeable loss, or for business losses. Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, under product liability law, or anything else that cannot be limited by law, and nothing here affects your statutory rights.
Site content belongs to us or our licensors. You may view and print it for personal use, but not copy, republish, scrape or use it commercially without our permission.
We handle your data as described in our privacy policy.
Slovenian law applies. This does not remove the protection of mandatory consumer law in the country where you live, and where that gives you more, it applies. You may sue us in your own country’s courts or in Slovenia. We may only sue you in your own country’s courts.
The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it. The date at the top shows the current version.
