We ship worldwide. We aim to ship in-stock products within 1-2 working days. Please expect longer delivery times in peak seasons (like Christmas, Black Friday, etc.).
All orders are shipped from our headquarters in the heart of Europe, Slovenia. Please note that for all orders made from countries outside the EU, shipments may be subject to import fees and taxes that are due on arrival and are not covered by the shipping costs charged in our web store. It's impossible for us to determine customs charges as they vary from country to country and state to state. If you need any detailed information about these charges, please contact your local customs office.
A shipping confirmation email with a tracking link will be provided after the parcel is sent.
Please know that while YAWs are durable, precisely made in Europe of top-quality materials using environmentally and socially sound processes, they are not forever. Elastic contains latex, a natural material that degrades with age and use.
A one-year warranty applies to every YAW. Your YAW will last you much longer than that, but if it tears or otherwise fails within a year, we will replace it.
We will replace any items that are faulty or slipped through our quality check. Normal wear, stretch-out pieces caused by overstuffing, and accidental damage do not qualify for a replacement. Any other issue—send us an email at hey@yetanotherwallet.com and we will take care of it.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return in case YAW fails to meet your expectations.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
