Yeah, why even make another one? We asked ourselves the same thing. Truth is, most wallets are trying to do too much. The wallet is light enough that a strap actually works on it, which is not true of most wallets.
Either strap attaches to the loop built into the pull tab, so the wallet needs no extra hardware. The wrist strap is the short one, for grab-and-go. The neck loop is longer, for when pockets are not an option: beach days, festivals, hikes.
